Here and Now Yoga, Wellness & Arts Collective provides in-person and virtual yoga, meditation and movement classes, specialty wellness and arts workshops, inspirational guest instructors, and community-building events for all ages and abilities on Long Island, and other New York surrounding and distant communities. Our teachers aim to guide students in their personal development and wellness journey. We do this by creating yoga, wellness, arts experiences that enable students to become their own catalyst for change while connecting with ways to access their true potential. Yoga classes, workshops, discussions, and other learning opportunities at the collective will help students cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, serenity, clarity, and joy in their everyday lives.

Students of Here and Now Yoga, Wellness & Arts Collective are members of a like-minded and goal-oriented community who mutually inspire healthy practices, encourage empowerment needed to make good personal choices, sustain self-confidence and discover self-purpose. Additionally, we extend our mission to include the creation and presentation of yoga and wellness related arts through creative experiences, presentations and dialogue. The Collective provides artists with opportunities to create, share their work, and participate in discussions with other artists, arts appreciators, and newly interested members of the community.
